Approval Required For (Declaration Art. XVII)

Any exterior modifications (including doors, windows, shutters)
Changes to limited common elements (lanais, patios)
Installation of satellite dishes, antennas, or similar equipment
Any work affecting the building structure or common elements
Plumbing or electrical work that affects shared systems

Note: Interior cosmetic changes (paint, flooring, fixtures) typically do not require approval, but check with the Board if unsure.
