Complaint Process (Rules & Regulations #9)

Per Rule #9, complaints against any unit owner, tenant, or guest must be submitted in writing to the Board. The Board will investigate the matter and may take action as warranted.

Your submission will be kept confidential to the extent possible. If the complaint involves a specific unit, the Board may need to disclose limited information during the resolution process.
