Your Right to Access Records

Under Florida Statute 718.111(12), unit owners have the right to inspect and copy official association records. The association must make records available within 10 business days of receiving a written request.

Records available include financial documents from 2010 to present, meeting minutes, insurance policies, contracts, and other official association records.

Copy Fees: Per Florida Statute 718.111(12)(c), the association may charge reasonable fees for copies. Electronic copies are typically provided at no charge. Paper copies may be charged at $0.25 per page plus any actual costs for mailing.

Response time: Per Florida law, the association will respond within 10 business days. Most requests are fulfilled within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation of your request.
