Lease Notification Form

Notify the Board of your intent to lease your unit to a tenant.

Leasing Requirements (Declaration Art. XIII-B)

All leases must be in writing and for the entire unit (no room rentals)
Minimum lease term: 30 days (no short-term rentals)
Notify the Board at least 14 days before the lease begins
Tenant must agree to abide by all governing documents and rules
Owner remains responsible for all assessments and rule violations

The lease is for a minimum of 30 days and is for the entire unit (not room rental). I will notify the Board within 7 days if the lease is terminated early or renewed.
