What Can Be Reported
Association Responsibility:
- - Common areas (walkways, parking lot, pool area)
- - Building exterior (roof, siding, paint)
- - Shared infrastructure (water, sewer mains)
- - Landscaping in common areas
- - Lighting in common areas
Owner Responsibility:
- - Interior of your unit
- - Plumbing fixtures within unit
- - HVAC within unit
- - Windows and doors (interior)
- - Personal property
