What Can Be Reported

Association Responsibility:

  • - Common areas (walkways, parking lot, pool area)
  • - Building exterior (roof, siding, paint)
  • - Shared infrastructure (water, sewer mains)
  • - Landscaping in common areas
  • - Lighting in common areas

Owner Responsibility:

  • - Interior of your unit
  • - Plumbing fixtures within unit
  • - HVAC within unit
  • - Windows and doors (interior)
  • - Personal property
