Request Board approval for the sale or transfer of ownership of your unit.

Transfer Requirements (Declaration Art. XIII-A)

  • All sales, transfers, or conveyances require prior written approval from the Association
  • Submit this request at least 30 days before the proposed closing date
  • All assessments must be paid current before transfer approval
  • The Association may charge a reasonable transfer fee
