Transfer Approval Request
Request Board approval for the sale or transfer of ownership of your unit.
Transfer Requirements (Declaration Art. XIII-A)
- All sales, transfers, or conveyances require prior written approval from the Association
- Submit this request at least 30 days before the proposed closing date
- All assessments must be paid current before transfer approval
- The Association may charge a reasonable transfer fee
Processing time: The Board will review your request within 14 days. You will receive written notification of approval or any required additional information.
