New Collections Policy Adopted
The Board has adopted a new Collections Policy effective January 1, 2025. This policy establishes clear procedures for assessment collections, including timelines, notices, and payment plan options. All owners are encouraged to review this policy.

2025 Annual Meeting Notice
The 2025 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners is scheduled for November 2025. Per our By-Laws (as amended in 1992), the annual meeting is held in November. Meeting details and proxy forms will be distributed 14 days in advance.

Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30. Please ensure your emergency contact information is up to date in your member profile. Review our hurricane preparedness guidelines and know where your unit's storm shutters are located.

The Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) required by Florida law has been completed for Gulfside Villas. The report and reserve funding schedule are available in the member portal. Contact the Board with any questions.
