Voting Information
Quorum Requirements
A quorum for annual or special meetings requires a majority of unit owners present in person or by proxy (By-Laws Art. II.4).
Multi-Owner Units
If a unit has multiple owners, designate one person to vote by filing a Voting Certificate with the Secretary.

Directors are elected at the annual meeting for 2-year terms. Any unit owner in good standing may run for the Board. Terms are staggered so that 2-3 positions are elected each year. Interested in serving? Contact the Board.
