Assessment Hardship Payment Plan Policy

Gulfside Villas Condominium Association, Inc.

The Association recognizes that temporary financial hardship may occur. This policy allows limited accommodation while preserving enforcement rights.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Written request submitted prior to lien recording
  • Temporary hardship documented
  • No default under a hardship plan within the prior 24 months

Payment Plan Terms

Maximum Term

Six (6) months

Interest

Continues to accrue

No Waivers

No waiver or reduction of assessments

Missed Payment

Results in immediate default

Approval Process

    Requires Board approval by majority vote
  • 2
    Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties

Important Notice

This policy does not waive the Association's right to lien or foreclosure remedies.

How to Request a Payment Plan

Submit Request Online

Complete the Hardship Payment Plan Request Form online, or email theboard@gulfsidevillas.org.

Document Hardship

Provide documentation of your temporary financial hardship.

Board Review

The Board will review your request at the next scheduled meeting.

Written Agreement

If approved, sign the payment plan agreement and adhere to all terms.
